Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Bordr (the "App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App

Bordr is a personal travel companion. It can help you record stays, watch stay limits, convert currencies, keep world clocks, and follow flights. Features may change as we update the App.

Not Legal or Immigration Advice

Bordr is a tracking tool, not a lawyer, immigration adviser, or government source. Visa rules, stay limits, and entry conditions can change and may be wrong or incomplete in the App. Always confirm important decisions with official authorities or a qualified professional.

Your Account

An account is optional. You are responsible for the email and credentials you use, and for activity on your account. Cloud sync is provided as a convenience; keep your own export if you need a backup. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the trips and other information you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and sync that information as needed to provide the App when you use an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to break authentication or APIs, scrape or overload third-party flight, weather, or currency services through the App, or use Bordr for anything unlawful.

Third-Party Services

Flight status, weather, currency rates, and account infrastructure are provided by third parties. Their availability and accuracy are outside our control. Those services have their own terms.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of stay counts, visa information, flight times, weather, or exchange rates. Your use is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bordr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, missed flights, or immigration outcomes arising from use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
